Simple Steps for Enabling Live Agent

To enable live agent follow the steps,

1. Enable Live Agent
2. Enable Live Agent in User
3. Add Demo Skills
4. Add Chat button, Select Created Demo skills and Routing type as Choice
5. Add Site for Resources, Online and Offline images in Chat button Page, then Add Chat button code in Visualforce page.
6. Add Agent Configuration
7. Add Deployment then Paste the code in same visualforce page
8. Create Service cloud console app
9. Enable Notification in the crated service cloud application
1o.Chat Enabled based on IP Address.
